System Type
Read or set the system type.

When reading the 'System-Type' , one of the following values will be returned:-
1 = Single Phase
2 = Three Phase three wire
3 = Three Phase four wire
4 = Single Phase three wire
5 = Three Phase three wire balanced
6 = Three Phase four wire balanced

Sample Coding
Slave Address = 1
Writing To 4X Registers - code 16 (10 hex)
Changing system configuration to Three Phase three wire (2 above).
