Set General Pass Code
Set the General Pass Code in the node (code found below).
This enables other functions to alter the node settings.
Use this function with data set to zero to clear the General Pass Code.
If the General Pass Code is updated with an invalid number all pass codes will be invalidated.
N.B. The pass code remains in its current state until one of the following -

1) The transducer/meter is re-booted
2) The General Pass Code is cleared
3) There has been no 4X register write functions for 6 minutes.
