M880 Monitoring Channels' Assignment

Any one of the M880's channels can be set up to monitor one of several input measurements.
One value from the table below can be entered in the structure's byte 11 to assign the relay, or read from it.

19     Energy A.h

There is error checking, and values outside the above range result in an ILLEGAL DATA error code
being returned.
