The M552-CTR  C-Tran is a combines an unique 3 Phase current transformer and  3 phase multi-function transducer reducing cost in the need for external current transformers meters and wiring. saving the user in cost in materials and installation time.



The C-Tran (M552-CTX ) is an unique combination of  3 current transformers and a 3 phase multi-function AC power transducer with RS485 Modbus output..

The C-Tran is fully programmable through either of its communication ports.

The C-Tran has 3 internal current transformers with primary current input option of 100A, 125A, 150A 160A 200A, 250AMP,

The C-Tran measures Voltages, Currents, Import/Export Power (kW, kVAr, kVA), True Power Factor, Frequency, Import/Export Demands(kWd, kVArd, kVAd, Ad) and Import/Export Energy Hours Run.

Port 2 :
The main communication port. It uses the popular Modbus protocol to retrieve measurements and to change the transducer’s operating parameters. It enables the connection of a host computer, PLC, RTU, Data logger etc.
Port 1:
This port has a fixed data format. It can also retrieve measurements and set the transducer’s operating parameters. Only the baud-rate and
endian format can be changed on this port.Special LCD (M850-LCM) meters can be connected to this port
