System Voltage
Read the system Voltage.
The monitored system's Voltage can be verified via the RS485 Modbus link.
The system voltage is calculated using the ratio of any VT in circuit.
If there are no VTs, then the system's voltage is the same as the nominal input of the meter, eg 280V
The VT ratio is set using the PRIMARY VOLTAGE and SECONDARY VOLTAGE registers.
